Other Things We Do
We generally have two types of meetings, our church service on Sunday mornings, and smaller meetings called "Kinship groups" in area homes during the week. Kinships allow us more opportunity to make friends, encourage each other as we grow in faith, and practice spiritual gifts like healing prayer in a low-key setting. Occasionally we have other meetings, such as the Alpha Course on the Christian faith, and men's and women's groups. Current groups are listed at right.
Our concern for others finds expression in Generosity Ministries (for those in need) and Missions (church planting in France and Wycliffe Bible Translators).
We participate in area, regional and national meetings of the Association of Vineyard Churches; area meetings hosted by Matt Sorger Ministries, and our pastors are part of a local pastors' fellowship as well. We believe such contacts help keep both our church and its leadership connected, informed and balanced.
= Kinship Group, Sundays, 1:30-3:30 pm, starting January 24th @ the Nashes. Bring your lunch. We are studying Romans to take a look at Law and Grace and the freedom we have in Christ.
